James has been getting it done running the rock drill and rivet buster, but more than that—he’s the guy that jumps in wherever needed. No complaints, no hesitation.
He’s putting in the extra work, taking on stuff he doesn’t have to, and doing more laboring than operating just to keep things moving. That kind of mindset is what we’re all about.
