This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody would not do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Anybody can do it.

I hope this does not come across cheesy. This has been a different kind of year! A tough and stressful year. Remember that everyone on your team is not going to be on their “A” game every day, including you. They are still on your team! This is just a reminder of what all of us already know.

Simple and easy

Do a few extras that are not necessarily expected of you or your job. That is the difference in a good team and a great one. Everyone stay safe and I appreciate your hard work!
